Yoga
I have completed a 200hrs of Yoga program and teach yoga regularly with a cross section of people.
My philosophy centres on the belief that we all need time to pause and reconnect with the present. A well-rounded yoga practice creates that space in a kind and supportive environment, where everyone is welcome regardless of experience or ability. It is a place to honour your body, build strength, and support your emotional wellbeing, one breath at a time.
